It is a very important task to obtain good harvests. The soil has to be very well prepared to later be able to sow. We remove the weeds, we aerate the earth, we fluff it, we level and fertilize, providing nutrients.

We use certified seeds from companies specialized in the production of horticultural plants or seeds obtained by ourselves with the best qualities. Depending on the product, the weather and the period of the year, we can carry out the direct sowing in the field or we can carry out a first seedling stage for its excellent germination.
3. DEVELOPMENT AND CARE OF THE CULTIVATION
We have GlobalGAP certificate and we comply with the set of internationally recognized standards on good agricultural, livestock and aquaculture practices (GAP).
4. HARVEST PROGRAM
Depending on the needs of our client, we plan all the processes to guarantee the product with the desired characteristics, fresh and quality, to cover the entire possible calendar.
5. PRE-COOLING, CLEANING AND SELECTION OF THE PRODUCT
Once the product is harvested, we cool it in our cameras, clean it and select it by discarding the pieces that do not meet our optimum quality standards.
6. CALIBRATION, PACKAGING AND LABELING
After passing the quality test of the previous phase, we measure, weigh and carve the products. Later we pack them according to the client’s preferences and we place the identification labels.
7. REFRIGERATION AND DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER
With the product already ready, we store it in refrigeration for its preservation in perfect conditions until delivery to the customer.
